The idea of starting an online community driven stock site started as a dream I had almost a decade ago. Working as a graphic designer/3d animator in the advertising industry, I saw there was a need for a place where creative individuals could display and sell their work.
But in the mid 90's it was too expensive to put into place all the assets that were needed to create such a site. So after having the idea and purchasing the domain name - I put it aside for almost 10 years.
But now - after a lot of planning
from friends, family and a great consulting company we partnered with, it finally became a reality on June 18th, 2006.
On that day, we became the first online stock site in the world to support multiple formats of images, clipart, video, sound effects, 3d objects, flash elements, and powerpoint templates. Now we need your help and support. Join up and start uploading your best work. Get Creative!
